A small, remote desert town is turned upside down when two bikers show up looking for trouble. When one of the townspeople stands up to the thugs, the leader of the gang, Bart (Lou Diamond Phillips), promises revenge.
Good to his word, Bart comes back with a fury, and they soon have the whole town terrified and under their control. Now it’s up to the common townsfolk to stand up to Bart and rid the town of him and the cold-blooded cop killers who have taken control.
After a frantic chase, the two men face each other for a final showdown of good versus evil, and there can only be one winner.
